How do you feel about the ease of working

Everyone was always willing to answer questions, and even though they seemed busy, they stopped to help, and I was happy to see that there was an atmosphere of ``Let's do our best together.'' Morikawa: Also, since I joined the company during the coronavirus pandemic, there was a lot of text communication. To be honest, I was affected by the coronavirus since I was a new graduate, so I feel like I was immediately accepted and thought, ``This is what it's like.'' -I'm glad to see so many positive opinions! By the way,  Mizushima: I think it's easy to work! In the case of GIG, I may have to work some overtime because I can't keep up with tasks, but my boss manages the resources, so I don't think I'll end up working too much overtime.

Morikawa: As a sales person, I have no choice but to work overtime when I have a meeting, and I am busy at the end of each month and at the beginning of the month. But I'm left in charge of managing my schedule, and I don't have to schedule any Special Data meetings when I have something to do... (laughs) Sogabe: When I first joined the company, my main work was client work, so I guess I worked some overtime depending on the client.




Now that I'm part of the product development team, I almost never have to work overtime other than what I originally estimated. If there is an urgent bug fix, I have no choice but to deal with it, but I take it easy and work on it. -I think a comfortable work environment is necessary for GIG to grow for a long time! I will do my best to create a more comfortable working environment. Lastly, please tell us what kind of new graduate employees you would like to have join the company. Morikawa: Many of the members of GIG are people who can do things on their own.
